Hours
For your convenience we are open every day of the year except Christmas Day.
Driver Qualification
A full current New Zealand or Overseas Drivers License must be presented
at the time of rental. Heavy Trade License is required for some trucks.
Insurance
Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance is included in our rates and is subject
to an insurance excess of NZ$1,800 including GST in the event of any loss or
damage. This excess may be reduced by purchasing an optional Collision Damage
Waiver at the time of rental. Please ask for full details.
Fuel
We provide a full tank of fuel at the commencement of each rental and we request
you return the vehicle with a full tank. Where this is not convenient we will
refill the tank and on charge to you.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, Amex, Diners),
EFTPOS, cash and approved company orders. All rentals are subject to a
refundable bond.
One Way Rentals/Relocations
We offer one way rentals for your convenience but these may be subject to a
one way fee. In addition vehicles can be positioned on location in the South
Island subject to a suitable fee.
Accessories
We provide a full range of optional equipment including baby and child seats,
ski racks and snow chains. Individual requirements are catered for so please
ask.
General
All rentals are subject to the full terms and conditions which are detailed
in the rental agreement provided to you at the time of rental.
